Prudential Laos Donates Relief Supplies to Support Flooding Victims in Sayyabouly and COVID-19 Affected Areas in Vientiane
Vientiane, July 7th, 2021
Prudential Life Assurance Lao Company Limited (“Prudential Laos”) donated food supplies to support victims impacted by flood that hit Sayyabouly District in June 2021 and families who are affected by COVID pandemic in 5 different villages; Saphangmor, Nonwai, Khamsavath, Hongkha, and Hongkae, in Vientiane Capital. The supplies, including canned fish, eggs, milk, mosquito spray, rice, and water, were received by Associate Professor Dr. Phouthone Moungpak, President of Lao Red Cross and Village Heads.
The donation will directly benefit about 500 households in Sayyabouly and about 250 households in Vientiane Capital. The supplies will be delivered to those in need through Lao Red Cross and Village Heads within this week.
